How will we work with you to create your new video? The following detailed description of the steps will help you understand the process:

Consultation: We begin working together to decide on a design for your new video. We will gather information about your wishes for the video, including what shots are important to you, music selection, voice over, titles, time and place for the shoot and final delivery method. We will ask you to assign a single individual to be the point of contact with Kenai Productions, and we will assign one of our project leaders to coordinate the development of your video.

Advance Payment: A deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon fee is required before work can begin. We accept payments by check or we can invoice you through paypal.

Onsite Shoot: After advance payment, we will arrive on site for the video shoot.  The shoot can last from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the package you have chosen.

Editing Video: We return to our studios to edit your video to the initial specs we discussed.

Review: Kenai Productions will post you video for review and will send you a password to allow you access to the secure video review page on our website. At this stage, you review the video and submit any requested changes and/or revisions. Revision requests should be delivered to your project leader as a numbered list by email.

Finalize Video: Kenai Productions begins work on your revisions. Please note that once work has begun, the list of revisions cannot be altered. Therefore, you should review your changes carefully before presenting them.

Video Accepted: At this stage, you review the revised video and approve each numbered revision until the list is complete. Once an item has been approved, it cannot be revised again without incurring additional charges.

Implementation & Final Approval: When you are satisfied with the final video, we will begin encoding for the form of delivery decided upon in step 1. Once your project is completed, you will receive an "Approval of Completion" letter. In signing and returning this letter to Kenai Productions, you agree that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. At this point, the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon proposal fee is due. Once we receive the signed approval letter and payment, we will transfer your video files to you. In the case of a video for web, ,it will be made "live" or sent to your webmaster.
